True Cost of Water aims to integrate water mapping methodologies with real time monitoring and data mapping to validate a range of scalable applications. Interactive dashboards with live data feeds were also created to inform factory staff and visitors.

 

 

UX Research and Design

• Identified end users of dynamic dashboards and potential features during factory visit and semi-structured interview with Utility and Energy Manager at Wyeth, Limerick

• Conducted in-depth UX Research with semi-structured interviews of end-users from various departments; from operative and supervisor to department managers

• Identified fail points of current working protocol with reference to TCW project
